Status Codes | Description | Resolution |
400 | Object Measured Successfully | |
401 , 402 , 403 , 404 , 405 , 406 , 407 , 408 , 409 , 410 , 411 , 412 , 413 , 414 , 415 , 416 , 417 , 418 , 419 , 420 , 421 | Unable to measure the object dimensions. | Algorithm error, Please contact vMeasure support. |
422 , 423 | The object is quite tilted, it is not parallel to the camera. | 1. Ensure the flatness of the ground surface. If the ground is not level, relocate the weighing scale to a flat surface. 2. Verify the alignment of the vision head to be parallel with the ground. If it is not parallel, adjust the positioning to achieve parallelism. 3. Perform a system calibration prior to proceeding with further measurements." |
| 424 | Object is not placed well within the work area rectangle | The object should cover atleast 50% of yellow work area. 1. Carefully reposition the object within the designated work area rectangle to ensure proper alignment and placement. 2. Ensure that the object is fully contained within the boundaries of the work area, avoiding any overhanging or misalignment. 3. Once the object is properly positioned, proceed with the measurement process for accurate and reliable results." |
426 | Object too large or in close proximity to another object | 1. Assess the size of the object and its proximity to other objects within the camera preview 2. If the object is too large than the camera preview, we cannot measure that object 3. Ensure that there is adequate distance between the object and any neighboring objects to prevent interference with the measurement process. Ideally we expect 10cm space between target object to measure and external objects. 4. If necessary, rearrange nearby objects to create sufficient space for accurate measurement of the target object. 5. Once the objects are appropriately positioned, proceed with the measurement process to obtain precise results without interference. |
428 | Object size is too low for measurement | 1. Verify the minimum size requirement for objects to be accurately measured within the system. 2. If necessary, consult the system documentation or support resources for further guidance on handling smaller objects. |
430 | Camera Temperature Out of Range | 1. Turn off the system for an hour, before turning on again. 2. Still issue persists contact customer support." |
495 | Unable to find marker in the preview | 1. Calibration settings set with Marker-based but Aruco Marker not find the preview. 2. Place the Aruco marker again and re-calibrate it." |
496 | Aruco marker is moved from its calibrated position. | 1. After the calibration with aruco marker done successfully. During measurements the marker is moved or removed from its existing position. 2. Place the Aruco marker in the new position and Re-calibrate with the system to proceed. |
497 , 498 , 499 | Unable to measure the object dimensions-due to deviation from calibration settings | To avoid these status codes, follow the below steps, 1. Set the calibration settings to Region based. 2. After calibration red color rectangle displayed in the measurement page preview. 3. Don’t place or remove the object from the red color rectangular area after calibration. |
501 , 507 , 508 , 513 | Incorrect Weight, Please check weight is stable / Zero the weighing scale. | 1. Verify the stability of the weight being measured. Ensure that the weight is not fluctuating and remains stable during the measurement process. 2. Zero the weighing scale to establish a reference point for accurate measurement. This involves resetting the scale to account for any residual weight or calibration discrepancies. 3. Once the scale is zeroed and the weight is stable, proceed with the measurement process to obtain accurate results. |
502 , 509 , 510 , 511 , 515 | Weighing scale not found. Ensure Weighing scale is connected or reboot the system. | 1. Check the physical connection of the weighing scale to ensure it is properly connected to the system. 2. Verify that the power supply to the weighing scale is operational and that the device is receiving power. 3. Inspect the cable connecting the weighing scale to the system for any damage or loose connections. Replace or reseat the cable if necessary. 4. If using a USB weighing scale, ensure that the USB port on the system is functioning correctly and is not blocked by debris. 5. Reboot the system to reset any potential issues that may be preventing the detection of the weighing scale. 6. If the issue persists, try connecting the weighing scale to a different USB port or using a different cable to rule out potential hardware faults. 7. If none of the above steps resolve the issue, contact technical support for further assistance with troubleshooting the weighing scale connectivity problem. |
503 , 505 , 506 , 512 , 514 | Unable to get the weight from weighing scale. | 1. Retry again 2. Check the cables are properly connected. 3. Issue persists please connect with customer support for resolution. |
504 | Weight Unit is incorrect. | Contact customer support. |
819 | Object dimension out of specification | 1. Verify Measurement Specifications for the modes of the system. 2. The target object cannot be measured if the object is above or below the measurement specifications." |
