Calibration Issues

Calibration Errors:

Error: "System Calibration Failed"

Resolution:

• Ensure to select the appropriate mount height.
• Select an appropriate weighing scale from the weighing scale settings.
• Make sure Environment is correct (In the case of the weighing scale applicable, "make sure weighing scale is placed in the ROI".
• Ensure proper calibration procedure is followed.

Error: “Unable to write/read data to weighing scale”

Reason: The Weighing scale cable is not connected to the device / Loose connection

Solution: 

• Make sure the weighing scale cable is properly connected and save the scale settings.
                      Settings > Scale > Select the appropriate weighing scale. 
• Then re-calibrate the device.

Error: "Weighing scale not found. Ensure the weighing scale is connected or reboot the system."

Reason: The Weighing scale cable is not connected to the device / Select the appropriate weighing scale from settings.

Solution: 

• Make sure the weighing scale cable is properly connected and save the scale settings.
                      Settings > Scale > Select the appropriate weighing scale. 
• Then re-calibrate the device.

Error: "Incorrect weight, Please check weight is stable/Zero the weighing scale"

Reason: The weighing scale started with dead weight.

Solution: 

• Make sure that the weighing scale reading is zero "0" at the time of calibration.
