Product Name : vMeasure Parcel Ultima V1

 Introduction :

· vMeasure Parcel Ultima Dimensioning product can seamlessly capture and store high- quality product images, dimensions and volumetric weighing details. In addition, it can integrate other devices such as barcode scanners, weighing scales, ERP, and WMS systems.

· vMeasure Parcel Ultima is a vision-based measurement system that can dimension SKUs. It comes with an in-built camera that captures photos of the measured objects. It can be connected to the Cloud using vMeasure Forge for data backup and analytics. The Vision Head Unit (VHU) in the vMeasure Ultima is classified as a CLASS 1 Laser Product under the EN/IEC 60825-1:2014 (EU).

Calculation for Max Power Consumption :

For VHU  5V -5A 

For DISPLAY  12V  2A

Watts for VHU 5V * 5A = 25W

Watts for Display 12V * 2 A = 24W 

Total Watts is 59W

Formula = P(kW) = P(W) / 1,000 P(kW) = 59/1000 = 0.059kwh


The power consumption of the device is 0.059 kWh. If the device runs continuously for 17 hours, it will be considered as 1 unit.

Calculation for Operating Power Consumption :

For VHU  5V - 1.3A 

For DISPLAY  12V  1.2A

Watts for VHU 5V * 1.3A = 6.5W

Watts for Display 12V * 1.2A = 14.4W

Total Watts is 20.9W.

Calculation for Idle State Power Consumption :

For VHU  5V - 0.8A 

For DISPLAY  12V  0.4A

Watts for VHU 5V * 0.8A = 4W 

Watts for Display 12V * 0.4 A = 4.8W 

Total Watts is 8.8W.
