Product Name: Pallet Ultima(2cam & 3 cam)

Introduction:

  • vMeasure Pallet dimensioner is powered by vMeasure software development kit (vMeasure SDK). vMeasure SDK can perform measurements. Operators can use the vMeasure Pallet dimensioner system with the monitor. vMeasure Pallet dimensioner has a back end service that serves the captured dimension data via web service.

Operating Conditions:

  • Input Voltage Range: 85-264VAC ~50/60 Hz, 0.6A max
  • Output Voltage Range for IPC : 24V;9.2A (DC)
  • Output Voltage Range for Display : 12V;5A (DC)
  • Environmental Conditions: 0 to 40°C

Power Consumption Summary for 24V IPC:

State

Voltage (V)

Current (A)

Power (W)

Duration/Condition

Operating State

24

6

144

During normal operation.

Peak Load

24

9.2

221

Maximum load conditions. Includes full brightness, audio, etc.

For 12V Display:

State

Voltage (V)

Current (A)

Power (W)

Duration/Condition

Operating State

12

3

36

During normal operation.

Peak Load

12

5

60

Maximum load conditions. Includes full brightness, audio, etc.

Calculation for Max Power Consumption:

For IPC – 24V ;9.2A

For Display–12V;5A

Watts for IPC 24V * 9.2 = 221W

Watts for Display 12V * 5A = 60W

Total Watts is 281W

Formula = P(kW) = P(W) / 1,000

P(kW) = 281/1000 = 0.281kw

Calculation for operating Power Consumption:

For IPC– 24V;6A

For Display–12V;3A

Watts for IPC 24V * 6A = 144W

Watts for Display 12V * 3A = 36W

Total Watts is 180W

Formula = P(kW) = P(W) / 1,000

P(kW) = 180/1000 = 0.180kw
