Why is the calibration process failing repeatedly?

If you are trying to calibrate the device, and its failing make sure the below requirements are fullfilled:

1. There is no object placed on the weighing scale or anything within 5cm/ 2in of the ROI.
   
   
   
2. If you are using a weighing scale make sure it is reading '0' during the calibration procedure.
   
   
   
3. Make sure the correct weighing scale is saved in the scale settings, and it is showing status as "Connected".
   
   
   
4. Make sure there is no bright lights/ sunlight falling in the ROI
